Welcome to Quest Central Gaming Lounge! In order to ensure that all our patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that you adhere to the following code of conduct:

 

1. Respect Others: Treat all staff and fellow customers with respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any form of intimidation will not be tolerated.

 

2. Be Inclusive: Embrace diversity and inclusivity. Quest Central is a place for everyone, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or background.

 

3. Keep it Friendly: Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere. Remember that everyone is here to have fun and enjoy their time gaming.

 

4. Respect the Space: Keep the shop clean and tidy, dispose of trash properly and respect the equipment and furniture provided.

 

5. Use Headphones: If you’d like to listen to music while renting one of the tables, you must use headphones to avoid disturbing others. Music may be played without headphones if you are using one of the private rooms.

 

6. No Outside Food or Drinks: To help us maintain a clean environment, please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the shop.

 

7. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. 8. Parental Guidance: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at Quest.

 

9. No Adult Content: Quest Central is a family friendly store, and a such no 18+ games are to be played in the lounge and no “ERP” (erotic roleplay) is to be acted out in the shop, even in one of the private rooms.

 

 

10. Personal Hygiene and Clothing: Quest Central follows the standard “no shirt, no shoes, no service policy and is a scent-free zone. Keep in mind that scents are not limited to heavy colognes/perfumes but also include heavy body odour.

 

11. Report Concerns: If you encounter any issues or witness any violations of this code of conduct, please report them to a staff member immediately.
