Our staff are trained and supported to ensure that customers get the best experience possible, every time. We do this through a mix of training, technology and being a living wage employer.
Whether you're in to snag a lounge table and play a board game or card game, pre-book our private rooms online, or just stopping by for a coffee, you should get an amazing experience every time you visit. For even better customer service and support, ask to sign up for loyalty rewards, a credit/coupon on your birthday, and to help us learn your playing habits and suggest new experiences.
Gaming for All
We believe that gaming as a pastime is entertaining for everyone, not just the sub-set of people who traditionally have played board games and TTRPGs. We have a large collection of games intended to engage and entertain people of all ages, skill levels and backgrounds. Our environment is inclusive and welcoming to all people, regardless of whether you've been playing a particular game for 50 years or never played a board game in your life. We all want to share our love for games, and learning new things and sharing that knowledge is a core principle at Quest Central. You will never be judged for asking questions, wondering how a game works, or getting help enjoying a game the way you want.

We understand that life is uniquely challenging for all, and both individuals and families are commonly priced out of pastime activities and unique entertainent options. "I’ve always dreamed of opening a place where everyone from all walks of life would feel welcome to come in and spend time. I envisioned a cozy, homey spot where people of all ages and experience levels could find something special just for them. The idea for Quest Central came to life during one of our lively Dungeons & Dragons nights. My friends and I realized there was a wonderful opportunity to create a dedicated gaming lounge—a place where you can gather outside the house and play, yet feel like you're in the comfort of a friend's home.
My husband and I are blessed with three wonderful kids who share our passion for games. They are just as excited about Quest Central as we are and love the idea of helping out with the store. This venture is not just a business; it's a chance to show them that dreams can come true through hard work and perseverance.
